Summary: "Great Trivia for a Great Franchise"

From Boston to Milwaukee to their current residence of Atlanta, the Braves franchise is rich in history, and this wonderful trivia book will challenge even the most diehard fan. Written by Tucker Elliot (who also did the New York Yankees version of this test) in a most engaging manner, any fan of the game will enjoy testing their knowledge of Braves baseball.

The regular season is about ready to begin, and I can't think of a better way for any fan to get in the swing of things than grabbing a copy of this entertaining and informative test of "true fandom". You'll love it.

Summary: "Tucker Elliot gives Braves fans a Home Run!"

Tucker Elliot has done it again (last time it was New York Yankees: An Interactive Guide to the World of Sports (Sports by the Numbers)). Another great IQ Sports Series book, this time about the Atlanta Braves. Full of fun facts and interesting trivia, Tucker throws 250 fastballs, curveballs and sliders at you in the form of 5 Chapters of Braves testing questions.

Are you a rookie or the Braves hero?

As always, these books come in the perfect carry size to take and enjoy anywhere. I can think of no better afternoon spent, than in Florida or Arizona, at a spring league game, in the sun, testing your baseball knowledge. I wish I was there and I wish there were more books in the series. Hopefully Tucker Elliot will take on the New York Mets next!

Summary: "A fun, fast read filled with interesting Braves facts and feats!"

I was so impressed with Tucker Elliot's ATLANTA BRAVES IQ and NEW YORK YANKEES IQ books that he inspired me to write a MILWAUKEE BREWERS IQ book. Elliot's intense, interactive approach to baseball trivia is sure to test readers while holding their interest. The questions start at the easier "Spring Training" level and get progressively more difficult until the "October Baseball" test reveals whether readers' knowledge earns them "walk-off bomb to win Game 7 and Series MVP Honors" status or their poor performance results in fans calling them "the 'new' Bill Buckner." Read this book and you will quickly find out where you rank in the records book.

Summary: "It really is the ultimate test"

I love baseball, I love the stats associated with baseball, and I absolutely love the inevitable trivia questions that are a natural byproduct of America's pastime -- which is why I snagged a copy of this book as soon as I saw it was available. The questions are fantastic and meticulously researched, and there are different levels of questions throughout the book so fans of all ages and trivia skill levels can enjoy it. What's more, it isn't just a list of trivia questions -- it's a real book on the Braves, as the questions are prefaced by intriguing stories, some familiar, others not so much, that build up to the question and make the book a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Summary: "Best baseball trivia book out there -- Braves or otherwise"

I love baseball trivia and have read more than my share of baseball trivia books, but this new Braves book is easily the best I've read in a long time. There are several things I liked about it that make it stand out from other trivia type books -- one, it actually gives you more than just questions, it gives you stories and history behind the questions that makes them more relevant; two, it progresses as if you are in a baseball season from chapter one (spring training) all the way through chapter five (October baseball), and the questions get more and more challenging as you go along; and three, it's just plain fun. All my favorite players are here, and many of the best questions / stories were ones I had never heard before. This is not your generic trivia book -- it is well-written, humorous at times, and very thorough with respect to the Braves history. If you are a fan of the game in general or a Braves fan specifically, this is a very entertaining and challenging book I guarantee you will enjoy.
